Delivery

• Delivery is available inside Leicester City Council area, not wider Leicestershire.
• Enter your full postcode at checkout to check delivery availability.
• Delivery is normally between 5pm and 7pm on the selected date.
• Delivery dates depend on product availability and delivery capacity.

Collection

• Collection is from 190 Melbourne Road, Leicester, LE2 0DT.
• Collection is available Tuesday to Sunday between 11am and 6pm.
• Collection is not available on Monday.
• Some preorder and Cooked Meals items may have later collection readiness times shown during checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

• Please contact the shop as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
• Fresh, prepared, chilled, or perishable food orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started.
• If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about a replacement, cancellation, or refund.
